New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct - Jean Savanyu covers up for the State of New York Grievance Committee for the Tenth Judicial District as they cover for the Corrupt SEC Investigator George Demos who protected JP Morgan and Exposed a Whistleblower. So much for the SEC Whistleblower Program, that is a Flat Out Scam on the American People.
The Wall of Corruption in New York stands firmly intact to protect the Big Corporations, Deep Pockets and Politicians while giving no merit to the Truth and no protection for the Whistle Blower who dare to tell the TRUTH on those Big Corporations, Deep Pockets and Politicians.
Peter Sivere's Complaint to the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct was a
compliant against A. Gail Prudenti, New York Supreme Court Appellate Division, Second Department.
This complaint against the Judge had to do with the fact that under her supervision, the State of New York Grievance Committee for the Tenth Judicial District failed to conduct an investigation of an attorney it had jurisdiction over and then the State of New York Grievance Committee for the Tenth Judicial District cleared the attorney of any wrongdoing.
Peter Sivere, SEC Whistle Blower - JP Morgan Whistle Blower received a letter dated January 13, 2011 from the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct (Exhibit 2) dismissing his complaint.
The the State of New York Grievance Committee for the Tenth Judicial District did Fail to Investigate. The State of New York Grievance Committee for the Tenth Judicial District DID in Fact cover up for JP Morgan in a Criminal Activity regarding over $300 Million Dollars.
The State of New York Grievance Committee for the Tenth Judicial District Did cover up for the SEC Investigator who exposed a Whistle Blower, Peter Sivere, who then got fired and his life was put in danger.
Yet to this Day the New York Courts ignore this Whole Issue. And they Stand with the Criminal, and protect the branches of New York Government that protect the Criminals.
The State of New York Grievance Committee for the Tenth Judicial District is running amok, they suspend Ruth Pollack for telling the Truth. Rita Adler conspires with a New York Judge to keep this attorney down and for what? Meanwhile Rita Adler protected JP Morgan and the Corrupt SEC Investigator that protected their Criminal activity, Why?
Where is the oversight in the New York Courts? I Say there is None.

ReplyDeleteWhat I HAVE FOUND IS,THESE OFFICIALS ARE ALLOWING OTHERS WHO ARE NOT IN OFFICIAL POSITION, TO SIGN THEIR NAMES.DISMISSING VALIOD COMPLAINTS.THIS KEEPS THEM FREE FROM LIABILITY.THEY DID NOT SIGN!
I have boxes full of such documents.LOTS OF FRAUDULANT FILINGS WITH NON EXISTANT NOTARY STAMPS OR NOT STAMPED AT ALL.
